Gatwick Airport is progressing an airspace change proposal (ACP) to reintroduce satellite-based navigation procedures on one of its aircraft departure routes – known as Route 4.
The consultation will run from Tuesday, 20 January 2026 until Tuesday, 28 April 2026. The aim of the public consultation is to ensure that everyone who wishes to provide feedback has the opportunity to do so before London Gatwick selects a final option, which will be submitted to the CAA for formal approval.
